Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products can not be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping is not refundable. You are responsable for shipping costs to the store for all exchanges or refunds.International rates differ, and you will be notified of changes. Alcala's is not responsible for any customs/duty taxes when shipping internationally (but we are happy to sign a petition to do away with them altogether).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
